ABOUT US:

           One can say that the employees of www.RelaxedLivingStore.com
    are passionate about pets (having had dozens of cats and dogs
    throughout their lives) and the welfare of all animals, especially shelter
    animals.  We are extremely proud of our association with the Nebraska
    Humane Society and the "Pawfect Auctions" project, a partnership
    between the Nebraska Humane Society and The Relaxed Living Store.  
    Proceeds from these auctions - listed on the Pawfect Auctions Page -
    are contributed to the Nebraska Humane Society and go directly
    towards the care and welfare of homeless animals.  This is an ongoing
    fundraiser and the monies raised DO make a difference in our world.  
    From raising funds to combat dogfighting to providing medical attention
    for abandoned animals, every little bit helps.  If you would like to donate
    an item for the animals or make a comment or suggestion, please
    contact us.  

            Maybe there is a connection, maybe not, but it seems to us pet
    people love to be outdoors. Currently having five company dogs to
    pamper certainly takes us there quite a bit. While spending so much
    time outdoors, we came to the conclusion that outdoor people also
    have a passion for gardening or beautifying their green spaces.  We
    personally want our green space to be unique and not like our
    neighbors and we don’t want to be displaying the same old products
    you can buy from all of those box stores!  So a hunt was on to find
    original and unique items to grow and display plants, accessorize our
    yards and offer a safe environment for our pets. We are continually on
    the search for the unique products you will find in our store from gnomes
    to all nature organic pest repellents.  Being able to deliver such unique
    and hard to find products to our customers is very satisfying, especially
    when our customers send us emails and pictures of their pets and
    gardens. You can’t have pets and not be outdoors, so why not make
    your outdoor spot an oasis?

            Life is too short not to stop a bit and RELAX. Now that you are here,

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS:

    1.)  Will you ship to Canada, United Kingdom, Mexico, Germany,
    Hong Kong, Taiwan, etc.?

            U.S. orders only at this time.   If this changes, this will be updated
    immediately on our "Shipping and Payments" page.


    2.)  I've been on PayPal for eight years!  Do I have to have a
    Confirmed billing address?

            Yes.  PayPal is a great service that is free for buyers, but does
    have fees and charges for merchants.  We ask that if you choose to pay
    via PayPal, that it be from a Confirmed billing address.  We also offer
    the option of paying via money orders.


    3.)  You have an item that looks fantastic but it says it's Sold Out...are
    you going to re-order?

            If you see something that is currently out of stock, by all means
    contact us!   We welcome questions and are happy to work with you - if
    we are currently unable to get more in stock immediately, we may be
    able to let you know when another shipment may be coming in.


    4.)  What is your Customer Service Phone Number?

            Currently, we have an email-only customer service department.   
    We normally are able to respond to questions within 24 hours.
